The Importance of Using Clear Coat, Illustrated

This is the story of an individual who managed to piece together some of the items needed to paint his wheels, but skipped a crucial step: clear coat. The reason he skipped the clear coat step is because he feared that clear coat would make his wheels glossy in the end. Ultimately, he wanted a flat black look, not a glossy finish. Under normal circumstances, standard clear coat will make your wheels glossy. So I definitely understand the motive.
