His passion for customization began in a cold, damp Pacific Northwest garage in the early 90’s and hasn’t stopped since. Christian’s first project, a Mazda mini truck, went from a boring base model to a slammed show-winner in no time.

The next decade or so brought on a slew of modified rides; everything from all-motor Hondas to supercharged 4×4s. As projects came and went, a recurring issue became clear: purchasing a set of custom rims wasn’t always the best option. Many of today’s vehicles come from the factory with great-looking, well-engineered rims.  Plus, many of us like to swap rims from one vehicle to another. Rimpainter.com was formed to help enthusiasts paint their rims, resulting in that personal, customized look that so many of us desire.

Countless hours have been spent researching application methods and painting daily-driven and scrap rims in an effort to obtain an ideal combination of prep, paint, and finishing products for your rim painting needs. Additionally, Christian trained and worked for nearly two years with a leading automotive specialty coating outfit.
